What Would You Ask Tim Cook At A Coffee Meeting?
If you haven’t heard by now Tim Cook is running a charity event over at Charity Buzz where he is auctioning off a coffee meeting with the man himself at Apple HQ in Cupertino. Now before you jump over to the auction page, keep in mind that latest bid is $605,000, which means you will need at least $610,000 to place a bid. I think that’s a little steep for most people and I have to admit, even puts me out of the running on this one. Nonetheless, if you can scrape together that much cash in less than eight days, you have a shot at winning.
Even though most of us can’t compete in this auction, I thought it would be fun to compile a list of questions you would love to ask Tim Cook if you had the opportunity. Here’s what I came up with so far, feel free to leave your own questions in the comments.
1. Who is Tim Cook on a personal level?
2. What apps are on your iPhone/iPad/Mac?
3. If you could say anything to the people on Wall St. without any repercussions, what would you say?
4. What are some things that keep you up at night?
5. Does it bother you when you see those Samsung ads that insult the iPhone?
6. What are some things that you think Google has done right with Android?
7. Microsoft is in a tough spot right now, whether they like to admit it or not, where should they be focusing their resources to be a real competitor in the marketplace again?
8. Best thing(s)/lesson(s) Steve Jobs ever taught to you?
9. Have you tried Google Glass? If so, what did you think? If not, what do you think based on what you’ve seen and/or read?
10. What websites would I find frequently visited if I opened up Safari on your Mac or iPhone/iPad?
11. Besides delighting Apple customers, what keeps you going and motivated every day?
