Rockmelt Launches Content Discovery Service for Web

Remember Rockmelt? The social-heavy Web browser has evolved over the past few months, showing up as an iOS app based around content discovery, and now as a Web-based service with the same focus.

Rockmelt.com is, as the company describes it, “a beautiful stream of the web content you love, from your favorite sites and people, while still letting you go anywhere on the web.” It attempts to tackle the kind of territory services like StumbleUpon currently occupy — personalized content that is easy to share.

The service is currently in beta, but you can sign up to give it a try on the Rockmelt website.
