Pebble Smartwatch Design Leaks Ahead of Tomorrow's Announcement
A new version of the Pebble smartwatch is right around the corner, and a leaked image—first posted by 9to5Google and found on Pebble’s own servers early Monday—appears to give us a firsthand look of what to expect.
The originally leaked image reveals a redesigned chassis and a color display. The current Pebble is far less flashy, sporting sharper corners and a two-tone e-paper display. Other rumors suggest new features, such as voice commands.
Adding to the voice commands speculation is the fact that Pebble recently released a firmware update for its current smartwatch models that allows for some Android Wear compatibility. And since many Android Wear apps use voice commands, it would not be entirely surprising to see the new Pebble come with a microphone.
One thing is for sure though, it won’t be long until we find out all the specifics.
