iPhone 4G to Support Video Conferencing
If Gizmodo’s everything you need to know post about the iPhone 4G still has you feeling a bit skeptical (which isn’t an odd feeling) about all of the features of the new iPhone, then perhaps this post will provide further proof that video conferencing/chat will be on the next iPhone. After I updated my iPhone 3GS to the latest developer beta (beta 2) of iPhone OS 4.0 I noticed something a little different on the call screen.
In the past, the iPhone call screen would say “End Call” along with a little disconnected phone icon. Now, it say just says “End” with the disconnected phone icon. The first thing that popped into my mind was that this must be due to future calling features (think video conferencing). It wouldn’t make sense to have “End Call” if you were video conferencing. What do you think?
