Facebook Press Invites Go Out for January 15 Event

With CES just starting today, it’s no wonder why Facebook took the time to invite the press to their own event being held on January 15, 2013 (next Tuesday). Hint: they like stealing the spotlight.  It’s worth noting that Facebook doesn’t host many large events at its corporate headquarters in Menlo Park, CA, which leads us to believe that this is pretty big news.

While it’s not likely a Facebook smartphone, it could be a slew of other things — maybe an introduction to search? I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
