Convert Video Files to FLV

I received an email from a viewer named EZ asking the best way to convert AVI and MPEG files to FLV so he could then embed them on his blog.

I recommend you check out either Any Video Converter or use Media-Convert.com to convert the videos to flv and then use a WordPress plugin called FLV Embed to put them within your blog posts.
