Apple seeds iOS 7 Golden Master to developers

While iOS 7 won’t be unleashed on the general public until September 18th, registered paying Apple iOS Developers have the opportunity to get in on the fun just a little bit earlier as Apple has just seeded the final, Golden Master build of iOS 7  following their big iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S event today.

Users of earlier iOS 7 betas are not able to update their pre-release builds of iOS 7 to the golden master using iOS’s built in OTA update tool and will instead be required to download and apply the full IPSW file.

Today’s GM build is available for iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPad mini, iPad (4th-generation), iPad (3rd-generation), iPad 2, and iPod touch (5th-generation) today in all variants. So what’re you waiting for, developers? It’s time to get downloading.
